What is Auditory Processing (AP)?
Auditory processing refers to how well we detect, discriminate and process auditory (verbal) information. It is often thought of as the brainwork of hearing, or in other terms “what we do with what we hear”.
How will my child's hearing be assessed?
How your child’s hearing is assessed depends on their age and their ability to respond (i.e. developmental level). All hearing assessments are non-invasive and most importantly FUN for you and your child.
